A full-day youth sports camp built for athletes who want to move better, build confidence, and have fun all summer.

Campers will rotate through speed training, gymnastics, martial arts, breaking, athletic games, sports nutrition activities, themed dress-up days, and surprise camp challenges.

    Acceleration, agility, sprint mechanics, coordination, and athletic movement.

    Rhythm, creativity, footwork, coordination, and athletic expression

    Interactive lessons that help athletes understand how food, hydration, and habits support performance.

Example Daily Schedule

9:00–9:30 AM — Arrival
9:30–10:00 AM — Warm-Up & Daily Kickoff
10:00–10:45 AM — Gymnastics Instruction
10:45–11:30 AM — Speed Training
11:30 AM–12:15 PM — Lunch
12:15–1:00 PM — Break / Group Activity
1:00–1:45 PM — Martial Arts Instruction
1:45–2:30 PM — Breaking Instruction
2:30–3:15 PM — Sports Nutrition Activity
3:15–3:30 PM — Group Cool Down & Stretch
3:30–4:00 PM — Dismissal

Age Groups

Campers will be grouped by age when possible:

6-7 years old
8-10 years old
11-13 years old
14-16 years old

Each age group has a maximum of 16 campers. If a waitlist fills enough, additional spot or groups may be opened.

What to Bring

Campers should bring:

Lunch
Water bottle
Snacks
Change of clothes
Athletic clothing
Closed-toe shoes

Lunch is not provided. Parents may deliver lunch or arrange lunch delivery. Campers 12 and older may leave to pick up food ONLY with written parent/guardian permission.
