Julia Sanchez brings elite playing experience and competitive insight to BreakAway Speed’s softball development program. A former Division I and professional athlete, Julia has competed at the collegiate and international levels, giving her firsthand experience with the mechanics, preparation, and mental toughness required to perform at a high level.
A standout at The Kinkaid School, Julia continued her career at East Texas A&M University, where she became a starting pitcher in the Southland Conference. During her collegiate career, she threw two no-hitters—one against the University of Missouri and another against UIW—and earned Southland Conference Pitcher of the Week honors twice. She also competed against several SEC programs before continuing her playing career professionally in Spain.
